Monday, January 13, 2020 - January birthdays (and porchetta) (Chicago, IL): Of unknown age, this bottle felt a little more oxidative and slightly more nutty and browned than a recent bottle that I purchased. Nonetheless, this is still a brilliant champagne, but tonight this bottle didn't quite have the verve and life that I've seen in other bottles.
