Saturday, January 11, 2020 - Tasted at the Three Borders Wine Group annual dinner, Hampshire, UK. Served in magnum as aperitif. This was a good crowd pleaser to get the evening going. Colour is light browny lemon. It's lively with good fine bubbles. Lovely nose, biscuity, appearing to show some maturity (it's held in bottle before release). Honey and lemon on the palate.
