Thursday, January 16, 2020 - Flickinger Customer Appreciation Tasting (Casino Club - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting. Lots of apple and baked apple with pronounced toasted baguette and yeast coming through more clearly vs typical editions this young. Very good weight and balance. An edition I will prefer young vs aged. Consistent with prior bottles tasted.
