Tuesday, January 28, 2020 - Some 2005 Sauternes: More primary but very powerful nose - sweet honey, orange rind. Also fairly primary but intense, sweet, honeyed fruit. Long tingling finish. Mouth watering. Deeper but not at all heavy. Very good.
