Thursday, February 6, 2020 - Blend: 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Cabernet Franc, 2% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot
Had it at Sonny Lubick's Steakhouse (Ft Collins, Co) for $60.
A little jammy as others have noted, but a very good Bordeaux blend.
The 23% Cab Franc and 2% Petit Verdot are what makes it a bit fruit forward, but the Cab Sauv shined through with the steak dishes we had.
Glad we had a chance to drink this, but not worth what the market is asking now. Drink now
