Saturday, February 8, 2020 - Aromas: applesauce, pear, bread dough, toasted almond, crushed chalk with a hint of smoke and white flowers
Flavors: green apple, pear, brioche, toasted almond, chalk, lemon zest, hint of sweet spices

Very enjoyable with a marked acidic backbone and medium (+) body; should cellar nicely for some time to come.
