Saturday, February 8, 2020 - Well my “taste in 3 years” turned into 5....
My how time flies....(original thought)
Nose is dusty spice, leather and cherry...
On the tongue it’s a bit more fruit, with definite leather, and spice
and the tannins while smoother still present firmly with a drying finish.
Not sure the fruit will outlast the tannins...I wouldn’t be surprised if in 5 more years it’s a fruit thin wine but still tannic....
I shall never know as it’s my last bottle...slight upgrade at the 10 year mark..
