Monday, February 10, 2020 - I can relate to the prior taster's note about not being very Cab-like, since I think this heads in more of a dried cherry direction than a typical blackberry and cassis profile. But notwithstanding that, I think this is a spectacular wine. Delicious on all fronts and it has a such an honest and pleasant mouthfeel. Mea culpa: I tend to love Sandler pinots and chards anyway so it's no surprise that I find this special.
