Saturday, February 15, 2020 - Unripe and thin appearance with sour cherry, paprika and too much wood. I have only drunk half a glass of this bottle.

2/17/2020 9:31:00 AM - It was pop and pour, starting at 12 °C. I gave it 45 minutes in the glass in the hope to see some improvement.
