Sunday, February 16, 2020 - Soft, suave and a great barolo to pair with food. This is in a good spot now. Not sure it will improve with more cellar time. Cherry, cola, acerola flavors with earth and some strawberry and rhubarb pie elements on the finish. Tannins are well behaved and still present and offer a nice and balanced final note and help to make this a particularly food friendly barolo. Very enjoyable.
