Saturday, November 9, 2019 - Crisp and clean, unfiltered, unoaked Cabernet Franc from very high altitude vineyard in Gualtallary, an up and coming zone in Tupungato. Fermented in concrete egg. Strawberries, raspberries, licorice, bell peppery, lavender and wet stone. Med (+) acidity, tannin and alcohol (13.5%). Drink now or within the next few years, not likely to improve with further aging.
