Tuesday, February 18, 2020 - Came out late at night but showed its remarkable qualities when served at ~12 degrees immediately. In a lovely twilight of being fresh and young and showing some bottle age. Second time with this wine and consistent showing. A superb Chablis 1er Cru and Raveneau just does the trick all the time, simple as that.
