Thursday, March 12, 2020 - At Operakallaren. Next to Dom Perignon 08. This has such a lovely maturity. Hazelnuts and some Madeira-notes in it. Generous. Doesn’t loose focus though. Acidity is ample and the mousse is great. More a full bodied champagne and evident when comparing to the Dom, which itself isn’t remarkably skinny.
