Friday, March 13, 2020 - having had this wine since release I have never been disappointed but the occasional one shows some bottle variation. my bottle last night had lovely smooth, elegant if not very powerful nose but in the mouth whilst the flavours seemed very regular the alcohol was definitely coming through stronger. Maybe I had let the temperature rise too far ? Served with a traditional Beef Stew.
