Monday, March 23, 2020 - Oxidative, marzipan, crazy high (and much needed) acidity that ensures this is felt as wine and not sherry, slightly nutty aftertaste. Some parameters on this (oxidative vs acids) are off the charts, but it somehow balances out nicely.
