Community Tasting Note

Saturday, March 28, 2020 - Brilliant nose of cherry, raspberry and candied apple. The entry is soft and easy but I can’t get past the candied taste that reminds me of corn syrup. There’s clove and plum and some red apple in there but the sugary taste is too distracting to savor them.
I hope this 1st of three bottles is an aberration.
