Saturday, April 4, 2020 - This has come together beautiful. Decanted for 90 min. Powerful bouquet. There is nothing subtle about it. Bold, spiced, and nice acidity. Smoke, vanilla, mushroom, over ripe strawberry. Firm tannins and long finish. I was disappointed in first two bottles, but the time is right to drink now.
