Saturday, April 4, 2020 - Wow, first evening ok, some fruit, gentle and nothing wrong, but not much going on. Hiding for now, as I concluded last encounter as well. On the third day however, half of the bottle came to live, and came together, with delicate tickling cherry fruit and midpalate right there, and I did not mind it being warmed up to room temperature neither. I have read that Guy Breton does not like / tries to avoid tannins. This has a structure leaning on its acidity, to make it a seriously delicious wine for the next years.
