Saturday, April 11, 2020 - cork is perfect. no signs of bricking. a dark purple with cherry skin tones. small amount of fine sediment. Decanted in glass for 2 hours before. on point sangiovese nose. Funky earth. Taste profile matches the nose. the funky earth is like rhone Garrigue, but Tuscan version. Paired with 6 day old spaghetti and lots of aged Parmesan. Very tasty.
