Sunday, April 19, 2020 - Very nicely textured wine with notes of honeycomb, apple blossom, nectarine, melon and smoky butterscotch. Developed nicely, with a rich nose but balanced palate and a lot of savory tones to it. Good dry extract and grip on the finish. A bit rich but holding up well. Roussanne and Marsanne from mostly granitic soils. 1,000 cases made.
