Very nicely textured wine with notes of honeycomb, apple blossom, nectarine, melon and smoky butterscotch. Developed nicely, with a rich nose but balanced palate and a lot of savory tones to it. Good dry extract and grip on the finish. A bit rich but holding up well. Roussanne and Marsanne from mostly granitic soils. 1,000 cases made.

Drinking just a bit over the top at age 7, but the caramel-infused age of the Roussanne is interesting and complex. Would love to try this with a creme broulee pairing.

Creamy slightly honey almost toffee nose. Perfumed.
Softand juicy though quite a lot of full on textured fruit pithiness. Green edged even with a bit of acidity showi g.
Palate is quite juicy, orange with herbs and a spicy finish. Then lots of apple, pear and maybe melon. There is a bit of of tannic grip that adds really character and saves the wine from being flabby.
Not a great vintage but this is pretty bloody good.

Such stunning wine for the price. Quite viscous, massive fruit lushness and acidity. I suspect this will even better in a couple/few more years when the elements harmonise more.

Peach and yellow apple, rich feel, herbs and minerals on the finish with delicate acidity.
