My last bottle. Pop and pour. Its ready now folks, don't wait much longer.
Tanins resolved and a very nice experience. The nose-out of the bottle?-it's got fruit, maybe some fig, and old newspaper (how is that for a new one?). So don't wait-- if you have stored it well, you will not regret it. Had w beef Bourgoeuon- probably not the best combo. Trying, but can't get it 100% right yet==-probably never.
