Friday, May 8, 2020 - Transparent ruby red. Scent strong red berry forward, minerality at first taste, but clean and smooth. Of course great with italian proscuto and cheese and tomato taste on foods. I would say light like a pinot, but not earthy in my tastes, have had 3 bottles of this, young irrespective. Bring to room temp each time. 25-30 minutes later tasted really nice with meal. Great for a phase1 meal...
