Tuesday, May 12, 2020 - Pluot, roasted fig, pie cherry and light spice give way to tobacco, cracked leather, vanilla, cedar, tarragon, sage and dried flower petals. Very smooth palate with an excellent balance of acid, fruit, and earth. Medium bodied and velvety, light tannin and a long lean finish. Drinking very well now, might go up a point or two with a few more years laying down.
