Sunday, May 24, 2020 - Pretty much exactly how you want your white burgundy to turn out after a suitable spell in the cellar. Harmony, persistence, restrained opulence paired with unrestrained elegance. Graceful and supremely satisfying. Decanted and aired at 10 degrees C. for about 45 minutes.
