Sunday, May 24, 2020 - Since finding this producer a few months ago I've been on a bit of a buying spree. This producer is wonderful with those racy champagnes that are typically accompanied by more unique style flavors. This was young and a good learning that we might want to give (at least some) of ours more time. It softened nicely in the glass.
