Tuesday, May 26, 2020 - Went to great trouble to carefully decant it and serve at the right temperature only to have it close up...an hour later, it finally re-emerged..
Starting to show its age but the texture is beautiful, nice earthy and spicy aromas if little fruit, but at 30 years we shouldn't be looking for fruit anyway...
Will drink last bottle soon.
