Sunday, May 31, 2020 - Two hour decant. Pretty mature nose of faded flowers, red fruits. The palate is fully mature and in early decline but still delicious with red and black fruits, earth, and herbs. The palate is open knit after decanting with the tannins fully resolved but shows interesting layers of complexity and has a nice interplay of fruit and savoury characteristics. Drink up soon. It won’t get any better from here.
