Sunday, June 7, 2020 - Opened and let breathe 30-min ahead of moderately spicy Thai yellow chicken curry. Super pale straw color. Nose brings white flowers, honeycomb, lemon curd, and crushed rock. The palate is light, square, hard, and compact, bringing elusive green, orange, and yellow fruit with loads of minerals, emerging savory notes, and a distinct reoccurring honey note. The texture and viscosity on this wine is its hallmark - thick, oily, velvety, with good weight. Drink 2022-2030. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.
