Tuesday, June 9, 2020 - Vibrant crushed cherries and raspberries, red licorice, tilled strawberry field...such elegance and prettiness...starting to show some sous bois earthiness, but only a nuance...the crunchy fresh fruit still reigns! Silky Chambolle feel, translucent brightness...yet there is some deeper spice in there...dried roses, cherry blossom florals...finishes tart and spicy with a graceful subtlety and finesse. Absolute Chambolle...absolute Bertheau...in an easy drinking, light on the pocket book, package. I like to put a little chill on it and crush it pool side! Great stuff...too bad not made anymore. ;-(
