Pale ruby....colour is fascinating....definetly ruby...not salmon....dark...almost looks like Nebbiolo
Dark red berry fruit, fresh herbs, and minerals dominate the nose and transition to tart brambly cherry, raspberry and pommegranite, chalk and spice on the palate.
This is so vinous and really belongs on the table with food. A Champange to contemplate.
