Wednesday, September 27, 2017 - Pours a pale garnet. The classic sour cherries, raspberries and red currants on the nose. Mushrooms, tar, tomato leaf and stone on the palate. Tannins are pretty chilled out for Nebbiolo. Nice long finish. Cooked Oxtail Vaccinara and drank this, it was perfect. Probably at peak or close to it right now.
