Saturday, June 20, 2020 - Faint iodine aroma, black licorice on the palate. A bit of bitter tannin on the finish. The fruit has taken a back seat now, making this even more a food wine than before. Given some air, more sweet black fruit emerges. And yet I crushed a glass while cooking, so this is clearly tasty.
