-translucent med gold
-apple ripe pear lanolin
-med+ acidity, med/med- weight intense sappy mineral nutty apple relatively simple palate that just explodes on the finish with acidic zing mild nuttiness apple
-this bottle is fully mature and demonstrating some really interesting things after giving it a couple hours of air and savoring each sip paying attention through its entire trajectory
