Sunday, June 28, 2020 - Rich golden hue, the minerality of the Puligny has receded and so has the fruit. On to its tertiary spectrum with caramel and walnuts and some oxidative notes after 11 years. Somewhat lacking in acidity. Drink now. I’ve to say cousin Philippe Chevy does a better job with this.
