Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - My last bottle of an assortment of 24 or so 2005 Burgundies purchased on release.

This one is still going strong at 15 years of age. So much so that after the first taste I decided to decant it.

Tasty, with fruit and forest floor in good balance.

This will pair well with rib roast tonight if we don’t finish it before the roast is ready.
