Friday, July 10, 2020 - Cellared this one for an extended period as a test to see how well it could age. Wasn’t disappointed. Notes of roasted meat juices, leather, baked fruits, smoke. Palate is extremely savory, fairly dense still with black bramble fruits and a black pepper spice. Distinctive earthy mineral vibe also. Well made wine.
