Friday, July 24, 2020 - Better on the second day or with a long decant. More viscous, expressive, knit together. Baked jammy strawberry fruit, floral aroma with some oak still on the nose, sweet overall but a bit tired. Didn't taste the expressive high altitude fruit, freshness, place. Either the virus messes up one's palate, or just finding many aged Italians lately quite underwhelming.
