Friday, July 31, 2020 - Paler than straw when first escaped from the bottle, then deepening to light gold with time, air and a touch of warmth. Marvelous harmony, concentration and well judged acidity. Poised. Still youthful but clearly gaining maturity. You just can’t rush white burgundy. Impressive from a half bottle.
