Saturday, July 18, 2020 - Bottle was in perfect condition, and is made in a very classic chablis style.
Right from start it showed minerality, chalk, wet rock, green appels, citrus and salt, and something similar to toasted oak (flint perhaps?).
Medium body, medium acidity, svry long, high consentration, very well balanced.
Just keeps evolving in the glass. It was great right from the bottle, but with an hour in a caraf it was incredible. And incredible wine from and incredible producer.
