Saturday, August 1, 2020 - {Backfill order recently, 1 of 2 sourced, PopNPour slow decant over an evening}. My, traditional Corton! Very complete wine, austere fruit and stony minerals, has the overall balance, completeness, and complexity of a Grand Cru wine but needs more time. Recent notes here suggest others found the wine to be more forward than I found it. I may try to find more bottles; see no reason to open this for another 2-5 years. With time expect more aromatics, more secondary stuff ... maybe 1-2 points upside above this 92 rating.
