Friday, August 7, 2020 - A private lunch (Restaurant Rijsel, Amsterdam, NL): Fourth time I have this wine this year. Not decanted this time, and I think I prefer it this way. Not as rich as on the first two occasions, a more classical flavour profile, but more open and flowing than when decanted. Great balance.
