Saturday, August 8, 2020 - Screwcap, p&p on a hot evening in London, with crudites. Wow - what a beautiful wine. Fresh, slightly floral nose, no gasoline. Pure and elegant in the mouth, light acidic freshness & wonderful fruit. Light weight, as expected and hoped for in a kabinett. This is all about its purity, no bitterness, no excessive sweetness, just an angel crying on your tongue. Wonderful.
