Monday, August 10, 2020 - Holy was this good. Immediately tasty with voluptuous mouthfeel, but began with perhaps a bit too much reduction and vanilla oak. After about two hours though the flavors integrate, showing something reminiscent of almond nougat with a bit of saltiness and excellent underlying acidity. Impression of saltine crackers. Envelopes the tongue with a finish that goes on and on. Give it time and serve chilled.
