Wednesday, August 12, 2020 - Interesting contrast to the last bottle. Consistent from opening to finish. Beautiful and nicely balanced with a lengthy finish. Where the previous bottle was dominated by the minerality, here it is present but definitly in the background behind beautiful lemon and pear flavors. This bottle also had some hints of smoke. Very nice.
