Friday, August 14, 2020 - Glass: Zalto Universal
Clear, pale lemon-golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose. Fresh, some pears, some vegetables, apple, some herbs, slight hints of oak (?) and some spices. Quite complex and nice.
Dry, medium+, well integrated acidity. 12,5% abv. Good grip and balance. Creamy mouthfeel. Very mineral, spicy and some ripe pear. Long finish. Drinkable now, but it seems rather young and not fully developed to me. Give it 2-3+ years to fully develop. 88+, Good PQR
