Saturday, August 15, 2020 - Pale yellow hue. On the nose I get lemon, honey, and citrus. On the palette, it delivers a smooth balance between the rich warmness of a baked lemon pie and the freshness of a mineral, crisp finish. It's delightful, doesn't disappoint, but I think there are others just as good, or better for a better value.
