Wednesday, August 19, 2020 - Another perfectly matured bottle of this wine with a colour of pale green-gold with a nose of fresh lemons, green apple, white nectarine, boiled sweets and oyster shell. The palate has similar characters with excellent grip and length balancing the tart fruit characters. There is real Chablis oyster shell minerality on the finish that really lifts the character of this wine. After 15 years it really is all about the quality of the closure.
