Friday, August 28, 2020 - Consumed over the course of two days. More delicate and restrained than the Rocche di Castiglione. Still it’s just stunning stuff and up there with the best of the vintage (especially early drinkers). Strawberry, rose, bay leaf, mint and sour cherry. Needs time but more than drinkable after a long decant.
