Friday, September 4, 2020 - Finally drinking well, in fact very well. Pro reviews do well at describing. I would describe as similar to very good Oregon pinots, such as Zepherine, but while those could be described as still being children, this Thibault is an adult. Maybe I should hang onto to good Oregon Pinots longer to see what becomes of them.
